Healing-amplifying effects across the board have been either removed or significantly reduced.

Several effects have been set to always-active states with Jadefire Teachings and Way of the Crane (formerly Awakened Jadefire) no longer binding the dominant Mythic+ playstyle to the ground effects of Jadefire Stomp.

Soothing Mist has been given the power to follow the target of your Vivify or Enveloping Mist casts baseline, up from Peer Into Peace as a Spec Tree talent.

Sheilun's Gift replacing Vivify when talented gives both spells a unique niche for healing the players at our side.

Prioritizing Mana Tea channels prior to high mana spend is not needed, as the mana cost reduction following a Mana Tea channel has been removed in favor of only mana return.

Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane is no longer a minigame of build-and-spend; instead, it utilizes instant cast Enveloping Mists while Invoke Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent now speeds up cast times of Enveloping Mist significantly via Celestial Harmony.

Thunder Focus Tea loses interaction with Vivify and Expel Harm, reducing defensivity alongside Diffuse Magic's new optional effect onto Fortifying Brew, but gains further empower benefits under Emperor's Elixir.

Jade Empowerment reduced significantly in effectiveness - now balanced to deal less damage (and therefore healing) than our regular melee rotation by design.

All healing reduced by 10%.

A new talent, Vital Expenditure was added. This increases Soothing Mist healing by 300%, but increases its mana cost by 200%. Choice node with Dancing Mists.

Mana Tea's mana return per stack has been buffed by 20%.

Mastery: Gust of Mists healing increased by 125%, making our baseline Mastery 249.48%.

Spinning Crane Kick damage decreased by 15%.

Way of the Crane now transfers 280% of damage done (down from 340%).

Jadefire Teachings additional transfer rate buffed to 320% (up from 270%).

Morning Breeze's effectiveness has been reduced by 60%, from 20% of your Mastery % to 8%.

Keep Important Abilities on Cooldown: Renewing Mist is our most important spell for any build we're in. We generally want to cast it whenever it's available without sitting on our maximum charges. In specific talent builds, other abilities, such as Rising Sun Kick or Rushing Wind Kick, will have high priority as well.

Manage Your Mana: Mistweaver spend Mana rather aggressively, as we have Mana Tea and can modify it with either Energizing Brew for more mana from each stack or with Lifecycles, which increases the rate we gain stacks. Because we're able to regain our mana pool by spending mana, we can cast our expensive spells more frequently. Understanding how much mana you're able to have for an encounter and when you're able to drink these stacks before you generate more than the 20 you're allowed to hold at a time will let you get as much throughput as you need from the specialization.

Coordinate and Rotate Cooldowns: As a Mistweaver, we have plenty of impactful cooldowns to help heal our group. In raid encounters, you'll want to make sure you don't overlap with others if it's not required though, as that could leave your group vulnerable to later dangerous moments. In Mythic+ and other small-group encounters, you'll have to pace yourself and not use everything all at once unless absolutely necessary.

Be Smart About Your Buffs - Mistweaver has a few important buffs that we're able to trigger like Strength of the Black Ox, but the most important thing is knowing when to use your buffs and when to sit on them so most of their healing isn't wasted on overhealing health bars.

Characters that play as a Night Elf can use Shadowmeld when targeted by certain abilities in Mythic+ encounters, saving their group (or themselves!) from having to face the consequences of those abilities. In addition to this, the passive Touch of Elune grants us access to our strongest stat, Haste, while inside instances as a bonus.

Choosing to make your Mistweaver Monk a Dwarf or Dark Iron Dwarf gives you access to powerful self-dispels, Stoneform and Fireblood, respectively. What make these so strong is that they're able to remove Bleed effects, which are more prevalent in Mythic+ Dungeons and are extremely difficult to remove. Players that try to compete at the highest levels of Mythic+ rating often choose to play Dwarf for the damage reduction that Stoneform innately brings, allowing them to survive the considerable instances of damage that high Mythic+ keystones usually bring. This self-dispel isn't as relevant in Raid; however, there are usually several bosses a tier that can benefit from a self-dispel, especially with the loss of Diffuse Magic as a standalone ability.

With changes to their Ancestral Call racial ability, Mag'har Orc have become one of the best races for Mistweavers that focus on raiding as our August Celestials' invocation now matches the cooldown of their racial ability. This, in turn, gives us the ability to increase either our Haste (preferred) or Critical Strike for every time we use Invoke Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent in combination with their ability.

There's lots of issues with this guide that do not reflect changes applied in monday, like Peer Into Peace in the gameplay notes doesnt exist
