While our other guide pages go into more individual detail, this simple starter guide covers all the basics in one place, whether you're a new Survival Hunter, a returning player to Shadowlands, hardcore, or casual alike, it's the best place to get a beginners overview on the class. Included are basic talent builds, simplified rotations, stats, legendary recommendations, and more to get you started as quickly as possible.

Best Covenant for Beginning Survival Hunters in Shadowlands
In 9.2, your best Raiding Covenant relies entirely on if you have access to our two-piece set bonus:
Mad Bombardier
.
If you don't, it is recommended you stay Venthyr for Raid.
If you do, it is recommended you Raid as Night Fae for single-target or low target fights, and Kyrian for more AoE focused fights.
For Mythic+, Kyrian is still the optimal selection.
