Primacy, Conduit of Flame), Essence Burst generation (Energy Cycles, Essence Well) and competing packages of healing talents. Flameshaper specializes in making your Dream Breath significantly stronger, and Chronowarden instead buffs Verdant Embrace and Temporal Anomaly.

In Raid, the key talent that pushes us toward Chronowarden is Nozdormu Adept. Temporal Anomaly drives so much of our power that getting access to it ~25% more often is a huge buff. It also gives us more options to handle dangerous raid moments like a big healing absorb by buffing Verdant Embrace, and it gives us a pseudo-cooldown in Tip the Scales with Temporal Burst. Flameshaper, on the other hand, is easier to play because mana is less of a concern and it brings one of the most powerful externals in the game in Lifecinders which lets you share Obsidian Scales.

In Mythic+, Flameshaper is excellent at handling the type of damage you will find in low to medium keys because the ultra-buffed Dream Breath and Reversion HoTs are sufficient to absorb a lot of unavoidable damage at that key level. You also have an incredible collection of externals between two Obsidian Scales charges and two Time Dilation charges. The extra Dream Breath charge it offers also gives you access to more regular answers to damage. Chronowarden offers higher DPS, an extra healing cooldown, and greater burst healing via its collection of Verdant Embrace buffs.

Best Preservation Evoker Raid Builds

Stasis and Dream Flight are flexible nodes and you will swap based on the fight.

Raid stacked? Burst important? Play Dream Flight.
Spread raid? Play Stasis.

We have not taken Energy Loop, but if a fight is very long or if mana is a severe issue then it's not much of a loss to spec into it. Drop Inner Flame. That final talent point is incredibly flexible in general and Spark of Insight and Inner Flame are also very reasonable choices for it if you prefer them.

Best Preservation Evoker Mythic+ Build

Chronowarden offers a stronger overall combination of damage and healing and I'd recommend it as your default tree. Flameshaper is still an extremely good healing tree, and can be easier to play for beginners.

You have a ton of variation in your Mythic+ build - especially in the bottom third - and expect to see a variety of builds being played. We will be taking the Spark of Insight / Titan's Gift combo to greatly improve our single target healing (via massive Echo multipliers), and Twin Echoes will complement our tier set by offering free Echoes every time we press Verdant Embrace.

Best Preservation Evoker Delves Build

Our Delve build focuses heavily on damage and Crowd Control (CC), though it still picks up a lot of healing by nature of being a healing tree. There is no reason to play anything other than Chronowarden in Delve content.

Right now (first day of 10.0.5) emerald communion cannot be interupted by moving (before patch you could move to interupt it ) so i suggest to get dreamwalker instead of rush of vitality.

I would guess this needs to get an update with the 10.0.7 changes, because some of the stuff for the different builds (especially the Hots-build) is completely turned over.

The Delve build is not very good. it is like they never played a healer before. You need to be able to move around a lot. If they had played a healer they would know of healer aggro, you cant just plant your ass and hope for the best. I had to change the build for my delves quite a bit to get it work properly.

Love we are forced to have 3min CD on Tail Swipe cause the race got new classes. Not like creating new useful talents should be a thing.
