The animation always appears to your right, but it does not affect whether it hits or not.

When you cast Fel Devastation, it will cast and deal 12 ticks of damage. The Eye Beam cast by the allied Demon Hunter only has 10 ticks, matching up with the first 10 ticks of Fel Devastation.

For each of the first 10 ticks of Fel Devastation that hit, Eye Beam will hit once.

As of Prepatch of Dragon Flight Firey Soul Legendary DOESNT work. Just use Collective Anguish
