NEW Night Fae Legendary Rampant Transference: The strength gained from Death's Due is increased by 3% and lasts 2 seconds longer. While standing in your Death's Due your Runic Power generation is increased by 20%.

Grove Invigoration - The first Soulbind Trait we receive. This has obvious synergy with Death's Certainty since it allows us to gain stacks of Redirected Anima more often (synergy is very weak though). It's important to note that the stacks gained are nerfed by a factor of 4 for Frost! This means that we only gain 2 stacks whenever we use Death's Due. It's still a good spell and a solid DPS increase!

Niya's Tools: Burrs - A solid DPS boost that doesn't quite make up for losing a potency conduit.

Niya's Tools: Poison - A potential DPS boost if there are targets that can be interrupted. Has the benefit of allow 3 Potency Conduits on its path.

Bonded Hearts is fully connected to the first soulbind spell Grove Invigoration. It essentially increases mastery gained for a short duration given that at least one out of 5 close allies isn't Night Fae. This will most often be the case, even if Night Fae is a popular covenant overall. It's a nice boost as a final soulbind.

Podtender - A budget Cheat Death that can be extremely valuable. It does require your pod to not take too much damage after you die, making dying in fire a bad idea. However, for when you do get rejuvenated, this spell has so much value. For progression raiding, it just brings so much to the table. Also good in mythic + but not nearly as much as in raids.

Field of Blossoms - Similar to Grove Invigoration, this spell is also nerfed for us, again with a factor of 4 so the haste buff only lasts 2.5 seconds. Still a really nice ability that is an okay DPS gain.

Dream Delver - A very simple 3% raw damage boost. Solid across the board and generally a really good spel.

Wild Hunt Tactics - A solid DPS boost to your overall damage, but not great when it comes to useful damage output. We generally want high damage towards the end of an encounter, not the start. The first 25% of a boss fight is generally the easy bit. It does give a lot of value in Mythic+

First Strike - This is an interesting spell that really works well in mythic +. In a raiding environment, you won't have a lot of uptime on this spell. In mythic +, this will be active in every pack! It's especially strong with our 4-set since it allows us to quickly get some Killing Machine at the start of a Mythic+ pack. This will provide early stacks of Razorice which increases your DPS significantly.

Wild Hunt Strategem - An interesting spell that has some applications. First of all, it requires you to have triggered Wild Hunt Tactics within the previous minute. After this point, you need to either hit a target below 35% health or heal an ally who is above 75% health. This comes naturally with targets that die quickly, like adds. Outside of such scenarios, it's more difficult to trigger it.

So when playing night fae with deaths due, should we keep frostscythe for big AoE or switch it out since we have obliterate cleaves?

In the soulbind breakdown section for each of the three there seems to be a little confusion. You mention Niya isn't the best, Dreamweaver generally isn't the best, and Korayn is ok for m+ but isn't strong enough to be picked. Above this though you mention Dreamweaver is the best. Maybe it's worth making a small correction :)

Dear Class Guide Writers,

I would recommend that when you update the class guides, you actually finish updating the class guides. Just one example is that under the explainer for each of the three night fae soulbind options, we have:

Niya: "Niya is an okay soulbind that doesn't quite bring enough throughput to be considered best!"

Dreamweaver: "Generally not the best Night Fae soulbind."

Korayn: "Doesn't quite bring enough damage to be picked though!"

To be fair to the writer, there is enough elsewhere to sort through to figure it out, but this is still unhelpful contradictory information and really needed to be edited out in some fashion with updates.

That being said, the work done on these guides is generally very good, so good on you for that.
