This is the tier 7, 10-player set, from Naxxramas (although the hands come from Le sanctum Obsidien). The three stand-alone pieces drop directly, while the five tier pieces are purchased with Lost Protector armor tokens. The hands and chest tokens can also be purchased in Dalaran for Points de justice if time is more valuable to you than JP.

The legs, hands, and chest can also drop directly from Archavon le Gardien des pierres in the Caveau d’Archavon 10-player, but infrequently enough that it's impractical to farm them that way.
