This title is the reward from and comes with the Aile-écorchée de porte-mort mount. This achievement may currently be bugged as it does not appear in-game. EDIT: As of patch 9.0.5, seems like the mount was also removed from the journal.

These are rewarded from receiving 1000 Honneur in each individual zones. Note that you don't need to PvP in Antre for the meta.

Impressionner Zo’sorg, obtained from completing each of the four PvP World Quests 20 times. The WQs and the achievement are very similar to the Legion PvP WQs (Chacun pour soi, tout pour moi), where you'll be in Free For All PvP that can be completed from killing anyone (including your own faction) or defeating NPCs in the area.
Force anti-congrégation from killing 20 players of each Covenants. This achievement currently seems bugged and only give credit to people of your own Covenant.
from completing each of the Trials of Zo'Sorg 10 times. This achievement does not seem to appear in-game.

If it wasn't obvious enough, this achievement can only be done in Warmode.
