The first way is by using the Statue de chiropteffroi. You will spend 5x Rubis infusé.
The second way is picking the elevator.

this chest is repeatable and doesn't show up on the minimap. it's got the typical purple highlight for "important" interactive objects. normally, the chests contain things like consumables, crafting mats, and greys. so far, there are also three blues that can drop from this chest:

• Sentence de l’inquisition
• Haubert de croisé nathrezim
• Calice bordé d’ombre

these all can be looted from other treasures (like Trésor secret), but parish chests are repeatable, up every single day (not dependent upon specific zone calling quests being active), and are all over the area where you farm reputation with Les Confirmés. if you want any of these three blues and are already in the area to farm avowed rep, i'd suggest keeping an eye out for these chests! they look like very plain wooden boxes.

It appears Inquisitor Darksion is guarding it at /way 67 39, I suppose a sinstone is needed to open the door.

Addons like Handynotes don't detect this chest, just roam around and pay attention to the ground, it's pretty easy to see since it has a purple highlight around it
