If you're looking for Fel Hides, these mobs are remarkably un-farmable. Slow respawn, and they come with a humanoid 'Archon' mob when you pull them. They skin for multiple knothide most of the time, which while not a bad catch, doesn't make up for the fact there are only about five spawns up at a time, and tons of other humanoid mobs in the area, as well as a 71 elite demon named.

These hound come with an archon mob as the above poster said. They hit for like 100 and have low HP (3.5k). However, their Carnivorous bite ticks for 180 and can stack reaching decent amounts of damage, so be careful and kill them first.

I've probably killed a total of 10 of these things and I've gotten two blues from them.
