Honestly, one of the easier daily quests here.

I fly all the way south and fly the circle around the temple, Many of these spawn close to each other that will allow you to tag two at a time. They spawn fairly quickly here, as well.

They have two abilities:
Frontal cone melee cleave
Bile Spew - frontal cone cast

Don't interrupt the spell cast, that's 4-5 seconds he's casting while you can dps while taking no melee damage from him. Simply sidestep the green puddles and keep beating on him.
1 million HP isn't too hard to work with, they go down fairly easy.

Make them tameable, would be cool to run around with this.
