Wrathion/Sabellian Reputation Grind - Mob Spawn Rate Significantly Nerfed

Players have noticed that the Wrathion and Sabellian rep grind has been made much harder as the mobs needed for the grind are spawning significantly slower.

Previously, the most common way to get this reputation was to do a 2x4 farm group in the basement. With 2 groups of 4, you would avoid too many tags and be killing stuff fast enough to cause a hyperspawn. However, it seems that this Hyperspawn trick has been nerfed with Hyperspawns seemingly reduced or outright disabled.
Hyperspawning is when mobs are killed fast enough that the game thinks there is a high traffic area and these mobs are in high demand, so it increases the spawn rate of these mobs. This makes it very efficient since you don't need to move and can constantly just tag and kill mobs.
Fleks on Twitter even noticed mobs despawn right in front of him!
This nerf will cause this reputation grind to become much harder or much pricier.

However, there is another way to get reputation.
Chevalière de Sargha
will get you reputation with Wrathion
Marque de Sargha
will get you reputation with Sabellian
These can be
bought on the Auction House
and with the large nerfs to key farming, if you have the gold this may be the best way to complete this reputation if you want the rewards.
Be careful though as the price may skyrocket due to the nerfs due to lower mob spawns which means lower amounts of these drops!
