Here at Wowhead we love art - drawing, painting, sculpting, woodworking, metalworking, jewelry making, papercrafting, badge making, everything under the sun.
In an effort to share what our wonderful community does, we are trying out what we like to call the "Wowhead's Artist's Corner"! About once a month, we will feature an artist and their craft. This article will feature a small description about themselves so that you can get to know them just a bit, show off their art, and learn more about what they do. And of course, there will be a special giveaway for one of their items.

We spoke with Naariel and asked her to tell us a little about herself.
Heya! My name is Naariel and I'm a Norwegian living in the UK.
I took my passion and hobby to the next step and became full time artist in 2016, but I've been drawing long before that. Even as a Iittle girl I was fascinated with fantasy, elves, badass women, sword fights and magic - and holding a pencil. That's what brought me to creating Warcraft fanart. From the World of Warcraft community I discovered that every single one of us has their own idea of who their character is - even if you don't RP, your character is special to you. Thousands of characters shares your characters face, yet they are completely unique. Trying to portray that special feeling is what inspires me as an artist.
I got introduced to World of Warcraft when I was 14, at the end of WotLK. I had no idea what I was doing. But somehow, while stumbling around like headless chicken, I found friends and founded a guild that became close to family.
A decade later I'm not as active in-game, but rather in the community. I draw World of Warcraft player characters for living and I hope to one day be commissioned by Blizzard themselves! But until that time comes, I just held a Kickstarter campaign for dog enamel pins. That was pretty cool! I love dogs. You can find them on the Etsy link.
