Tower Ranger Requirements Nerfed in 9.2.5 - Only Layer 4 Required for Jailer's Gaunlet

Blizzard has nerfed the requirements to the
Alpiniste tourmenté
achievement in Patch 9.2.5. The Torghast meta-achievement now only requires you to complete layer 4 from Jailer's Gauntlet, down from requiring layer 8.

This change is likely linked to the new Feat of Strength,
