With the dungeon pool changes in Shadowlands Season 4, Season 3 is likely the final chance for players to obtain the teleports to the eight original Shadowlands dungeons.
Tazavesh portals should still be obtainable in the new Season, as both wings are part of the new season's dungeon pool, making

Unavailable Dungeons in Shadowlands Season 4
The eight original Shadowlands dungeons, listed below, won't be part of Shadowlands Season 4, meaning their Keystone Hero achievement, and their teleport rewards, likely won't be obtainable.
