Recent Banwave - Up to 30 Day Suspensions for Speculated Azureweave and Chronocloth Bug

About an hour ago, a banwave happened that appears to be for Tailors that had used too many Azureweave and Chronocloth cooldowns. Those cooldowns were resetting multiple times a day, sometimes from activities simple as entering dungeons or joining a premade group.
Ever since they were added to beta, Azureweave and Chronocloth had their cooldowns tweaked constantly and the tailoring UI, shown below, has no indication of cooldown duration. As such, it's possible that many users didn't know how many cooldowns they had or when they would reset.
We've received reports of bans tonight that were 7 days, all the way up to 30 days that seem to all fit in with having Tailoring.
