Alliance mages can now use the Mosswool Polymorph variant, as intended.
Tome de Métamorphose : mousselaine
Nestled in a sideroom dwelling of a short underground cave network in Dornogal, a few Rogue survivors of Dalaran have setup a makeshift tavern complete with a bar and Hearthstone board planning their next move. To find the room, simply head through the entrance tunnel (/way 58.7 6.5) till you reach The Kindling Parlor (/way 61.8 5.4).
Inside the parlor, you'll find a considerably underdressed
Milhouse Tempête-de-Mana
across a Hearthstone table from
Valeera Sanguinar
while
Garona Miorque
tends to a sleeping
Capitaine
.
Taoshi
inspects of map of Azeroth in the corner while

For Mages,
Valeera Sanguinar
has the
Victoire facile
quest available in which she explains that's she's basically taken Millhouse for all he's worth in a few games of Hearthstone likely explaining his lack of clothing beyond his undergarments. She offers the spell
Tome de Métamorphose : mousselaine
as gratitude for your efforts aiding the survivors of Dalaran.
Level 80 mages can click the tome allowing them to learn the new polymorph for Mosswool, the sheep-like animals inhabitating Khaz Algar. Below you can see an example of the new polymorph:
