Welcome to day one of our special Twelve Days of Mounts series! With the holidays upon us, we are doing a series of highlights on easy to collect mounts added in Shadowlands.
Did you know that Shadowlands is going to be the expansion that has added the most mounts to the game? With 138 mounts already added as of 9.1.5, and at least another 40 expected for Patch 9.2.
Shadowlands Mount Guide
With so many mounts to collect, we decided to highlight some of the easiest mounts to obtain that were added with Shadowlands, for players looking to do something different during their holiday break.

Maelie the Wanderer is a Cloudrunner mount with a mauve and light gray color scheme, rendering it a quite unique rendition compared to other cloudrunners such as
Crin-de-Ciel transcendé
and
Courserêve sauvage
. Like all other cloudrunner mounts, she's able to fly! To obtain this mount, you must find Maelie in Korthia and return her to her owner, the fae
Clochettine
, over the course of a seven different days.
Maélie la Vagabonde
can be found at several locations in Korthia, usually near cliffs or in between giant carcass structures. You can easily find Maelie with a
/tar Maelie
macro. Below you can see all possible locations she can be.
Maelie is in the same location for all players if she is lost during that day.

Once Maelie is found, all you need to do is click on her to cast
Rassurer
, which will reassure Maelie! The cloudrunner will then return to Keeper's Respite on her own.
Note that Maelie isn't lost every day. Maelie is only lost if
Clochettine
whispers you when you get near her in Korthia. Maelie gets lost the same days for every player, regardless of how many times you have reassured her.
You can use the macro below to check how many times you have reassured Maelie. 'Daily check' will tell you if you have reassured her today, while other lines will show how many days you have completed already.
