You can skip the introduction profession quests on alts to instantly unlock Dragon Shards of Knowledge by talking to an NPC in The Waking Shore!

If you've completed the introduction quest chain

on a character to unlock

and the vendor
Khadin
, your alts can use a skip so you don't need to do it multiple times. The quest chain is:

Dragon Shards of Knowledge Skip
On your alt, head to The Waking Shore and talk to
Haephesta
who will give you an NPC to skip all the above quests.
This will give you the rewards for all the quests combined including Reputation and 3
Éclat de connaissance draconique
. You can then head to
Khadin
to pick up the weekly quest to obtain one more
Éclat de connaissance draconique
and turn them in for
Profession Knowledge Points
and
Trempe d’artisanat
.

Warning: No Skip Available
A word of warning: if you complete
ANY QUEST
in this storyline, the skip option will be
removed
and you will need to complete the entire quest chain on that character with no option for a skip. This means if you plan on skipping the quest, do not pick up or turn in
