Fan Takes a Shot at World of Warcraft Class Talent System Design - Community Spotlight

It has been a while since we have spotlit a fan systems designer, but today's Community Spotlight is on Peonixo who has come up with an alternative idea for Talent trees in World of Warcraft. Reminiscent of the old talent trees with some Heart of Azeroth influence, this concept focuses on modifying your character to best suit your vision and gameplay. What do you think talents should look like? The structure and simplicity that we have, or the complexity and flexibility of something like this?
