Everything in Shadowlands Season 4 - Dratnos and Tettles Discuss

This week's GG WoW video focuses on preparing you for the impending launch of Shadowlands Season 4!
There are a lot of different pieces of information for Season 4 spread among several different blue posts and content updates, so Dratnos & Tettles are trying to get most of the information all in one video. They start with discussion of the Fated Raids and Fated Powers, which are sort of like affixes for the Fated raid bosses!
They move on to discuss the loot systems of Season 4, notably the Cartel Dinars and Heroic/Mythic Upgrade tokens which combine to create a fairly robust deterministic loot system - read about those near the
top of this post.
Mythic plus is rotating in Season 4, with all of the non-Tazavesh dungeons rotating out and Mechagon, Karazhan, Grimrail Depot, and Iron Docks joining Tazavesh. There's also a new seasonal affix, Shrouded, which you can learn about here.
Some items are changing in Season 4, notably raid trinkets: most of the ones that didn't see much play are getting buffed to some extent. Read more about which ones are getting changed

! There are also some powerful items found in the dungeons that are joining the rotation, most of which will indeed be part of the loot table in Season 4 - Dratnos and Tettles preview some of these in the video.
A few final questions are answered in this post which let us know that
Legendaries are not gaining a new rank
and will stay at 291 - meaning a re-craft from high stat budget to low stat budget slots on our gear will be a worthwhile thing to do. We're also not getting new Conduit levels, though the

is becoming purchasable with 10,000 Cosmic Flux and dropping its other requirements.
