Dreadlord Trash Count Reduced in Mythic+ Mechagon Workshop - Undocumented Change with Weekly Reset

With the weekly reset, an undocumented change has been made to the Shrouded affix Dreadlords, reducing their count in Operation: Mechagon - Workshop. This means you'll need to pull every trash pack in the dungeon now, except for the final pack.
Dreadlord Count Per Dungeon
In Operation: Mechagon - Workshop, the count of
Infiltrateur nathrezim
and
Zul'gamux
have been reduced with the Weekly Reset.
Infiltrateur nathrezim
now gives 3 / 1.875% count (was 4 / 2.5%)
Zul'gamux
now gives 9 / 5.625% count (was 12 / 7.5%)
This will result in you needing to pull more trash to complete Trash Count for the dungeon.
With these changes, you will need to pull every trash pack in the dungeon, except the last pack before the final boss to achieve trash count for a total of 164/160. Many players opt to skip the last trash pack due to its difficult, so now you'll just need to pull every other piece of trash in the dungeon. If you opt to play the last pack, you'll be able to skip trash elsewhere.
It's unclear if this change was intended or not, since no mention was made of these changes.
