Havoc Demon Hunter demoted from S to A to reflect MORE nerfs.

Marksmanship promoted from C to B to reflect that it will likely be played on encounters such as Primal Council, Dathea, and Broodkeeper (strategies permitting). As one of the strongest burst AOE specs in the game with the Munitions lourdes buffs.

Arcane Mage promoted from B to A due to the belief that they will be seen multiples of and play a significant role in important parts of encounters such as Raszageth, Sennarth, and Kurog Grimtotem.

Tank Raid Rankings Updates

Vengeance Demon Hunter demoted from A to B to reflect the nerf to self healing.

Tank Mythic+ Rankings Updates

Brewmaster Monk rank has dropped to B from A with survivability being a potentially large issue.

Vengeance Demon Hunter rank has dropped to A from S. While it is still powerful, it is hard to place it in the same tier as Protection Warrior.

Protection Warrior still belongs in it's own tier with how unaffected it was by the minor nerfs.
Cri démoralisant now reduces damage taken by 20% (was 25%).
