The Dragonflight Pre-Patch Phase 2
begins on November 15th/16th
, and this week's GG WoW video breaks down what's coming! Headlining the weekly reset will be the addition of the Drakthyr Evokers, which begin at level 58 and have their own starting area that can be played through, after which point you can begin doing Shadowlands end-game content on your Evoker to earn leveling gear for Dragonflight if you want.
The
Primal Storms Pre-Patch event
also begins with Phase 2, offering a modest assortment of goodies that you may or may not be interested in, including a toy, an heirloom, a feat of strength, and ilvl 252 catchup gear which may be worth pursuing on characters that haven't seen play in the past year.
Uldaman, Legacy of Tyr is a Dragonflight dungeon that will also become available in some form starting with the weekly reset, though it's unclear if there are any pre-patch exclusive changes to this dungeon or if we'll just get to start playing the Dragonflight dungeon early.
The
Winds of Wisdom experience buff
will also be going away with Phase 2, though this will coincide with Shadowlands being moved into Chromie Time, meaning it will still be an excellent time to level new characters, especially through those final levels.
Finally, Dratnos and Tettles want to remind you to
pick up your Frostbrood Proto-Wyrm
if you're interested in it by leveling a Death Knight through the starting area in Wrath Classic, as this promotion will be ending on the 28th with the release of Dragonflight!
