Some hotfixes have just been pushed to live servers which prevents the Diablo Event charms from working in Raids and Dungeons.

Grand charme d’intelligence
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic+
Grand charme de force
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Grand charme de dextérité
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Grand charme du serpent
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Petit charme de vie
Mana nerfed to 2,400 (was 12,000)
No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Petit charme d'inertie
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Grand charme du vaillant
- No longer functions in Rated PvP, Raids or Mythic
Update: Community Manager Kaivax has provided some developer reasoning behind these changes.
With how close we are to the start of the season, we do not want to have these feel required for those still progressing or competing in the top tier content. They will be disabled in instanced content throughout the game.
