Leatherworking Specialization Basics
You can learn Leatherworking specializations starting at level 25 in Dragon Isles Alchemy. Once you reach Leatherworking 25, you will gain access to the Specializations profession tab, located on the bottom left corner of the Leatherworking profession menu.
On this UI, you will see options for four distinct specializations. Learning a specialization requires reaching certain Dragon Isles Leatherworking profession levels, and you can start learning the specializations at any order:
Dragon Isles Leatherworking 25 grants access to one specialization;
Dragon Isles Leatherworking 50 grants access to a second specialization;
Dragon Isles Leatherworking 75 grants access to the third specialization;
Dragon Isles Leatherworking 100 grants access to the fourth and final specialization.
Each Leatherworking specialization has a talent tree, and you use
Connaissance du travail du cuir des îles aux Dragons
to track how much knowledge you have. It is currently unknown how to obtain knowledge points, but it will likely come from things like world quests and exploring the Dragon Isles. You need a certain number of points to advance to the next tier, and you will gain additional bonuses for every 5 Knowledge points spent on a specialization talent.
