We previously noted that
Patch 10.1 would remove the Pathfinder requirement
to unlock flying in Battle for Azeroth zones, but today's
official patch notes
indicate that feature has been moved up to Patch 10.0.7 instead!

Mervaile 2.0
mechanical parrot mount, but starting next week, players will no longer need to go to complete the achievement in order to fly in those Battle for Azeroth zones!
