5.4 PTR: New Rare Spawns, Pirates and Events

The ruined Dread Ship Vazuvius lies to the south of Pi'jiu Village. It's overrun by Mousse hozen maudit, who are guarding a treasure chest that contains . They drop the Clé recouverte de bigorneaux which is needed to open the chest.

In the south-east coastal waters, players can help defend a group of spectral pirates led by Capitaine Zvezdan against undead enemies. If you kill the final boss, Déglingois, you'll get a special vanity item that summons spectral pirates, Jambe perdue du capitaine Zvezdan.

Located between the Alliance and Horde bases is Blackguard's Forgotten Cove. These spectral pirates are hostile and closely guard a treasure chest that can be looted once a week and contain coins and BoA items. After you loot the chests, the Rare Spawn are friendly and stand around the treasure chest cheering.

The Rare Spawn can be farmed for Grog spectral which creates a spectral pirate disguise. Don't loot Cargaison de la Garde noire if you want to farm this item, as the pirates will turn friendly after you do.

Gueule-Eternelle is a rare spawn that swims around the Île du Temps figé very quickly. He drops a Lanterne d'esprit emplie de brume, which can be used to summon the Bateau de l’effroi Vazuvius at the Cursed Graveyard by the Misty Shore. It summons a ship with 170 million HP and constant cannon-fire. The ship drops Complainte du marin au temps figé, which turns players into pink spectral pirates as well as their mounts.

Fouettnatte spawns on the ship by the shores of the Croaking Hollow. He's surrounded by Brassefeu des mers du Sud that buff stats and heal you, as well as Pillard des mers du Sud.
