This is not a Combat mission, its Treasure mission.
And cost is 150 oil.

I check every day as I am so over the shipyard and it's futility, but I do want the pet. On three lvl 3 and a 2, shipyards, have yet to see this quest on any of four characters. All I get are the baleful and XP missions which, yea, don't need them.

The RNG of getting this mission is absurd.

I've done around 800 missions on my main, and I've yet to see this quest. So I decided I'd start doing shipyard missions on my alts as well. None of them have even completed the initial quest to complete 15 missions successfully.

Somehow on my third alt, even though he only had two ships (one of which was green) and I had completed one shipyard mission, this quest was available.

So if you can't seem to get it like me, get the shipyard on your alts. Looks like you don't even have to start doing missions with them because I didn't and got it. Just check them every few days and see if the quest is there.

This pops a lot now. I have 18 pets, and I sold a few.

This mission finally showed up on my main, who has completed 969 naval missions, and this was the last mission needed for the Exploration en haute mer achievement. Meanwhile, this mission has shown up multiple times on all my alts. It seems like every time I would complete it on an alt, the mission would bounce to another alt, and so on. I don't think it's so much RNG of the mission showing up, but which character it will show up on. So go check your alts!

This mission currently appears to either be bugged or to have its chances of appearing increase to something close to 100%... no matter whether I take it and complete it or let it expire, it always pops up again within the day.
