It isn't Unique but since the old one was a quest reward, it will be very likely that this one will too, hence we probably won't be able to get more than one of those on a character.

Just did this quest during WoD on January 21st, 2015.

Entered ZA and the last step was already there waiting for me. Tell center troll Lets Go and then click on Gong til he opens the door.

I had to kill some of the other bosses to open the door to the Hex Lord. Think killing Jan'alai was what opened it.

Paquetage grumelot (24 slot) from a questline starting with Circulation problématique in Sommet de Kun-Lai Mists of Pandaria

Raids: each ~ 2 minutes once you are there. Soloable level 90+ and 100% drops
Sac en peau de dragon (22 slot) from Le sanctum Obsidien in Désolation des dragons Entrance under the Wyrmrest Temple
Sacoche de seigneur des abîmes (20 slot) from Le repaire de Magtheridon in Péninsule des Flammes infernales Entrance bottom of the wall in the center of the map, eastern side
Sac à dos élargi en cuir d'Onyxia (22 slot) from Onyxia who can be found in the raid in Marécage d’Âprefange

Dungeons: ~ 10 minutes
Sac rapiécé en étoffe maléficiée (24 slot) from Le fétiche du seigneur des maléfices Zul'Aman Dungeon 85 heroic

To date (January 5th 2018), the largest bags you can get for free are:

26 slots: Sacoche maculée d'encre d'Addie
This bag is a reward from the quest Des chèvres avides de lecture in Haut-Roc
No prerequisite for this quest; takes you about 30 seconds once starting to talk to Addie.

24 slots: Sacoche de fournitures kor'kronne
They drop from 90+ Kor'kron humanoids in Tarides du Nord
The droprate is quite low; can take up to an hour if you're really unlucky. On average should be around 10-20 mins if done at good speed.

24 slots: Sac rapiécé en étoffe maléficiée
Reward from quest Le fétiche du seigneur des maléfices in Zul'Aman in Les terres Fantômes
Make sure to set dungeon difficulty to Heroic.
Takes about 5 minutes once in the dungeon.
You are required to kill two bosses in order to unlock access to Malacrass.
Killing the final boss Daakara is the quickest way to turn in the quest since the NPCs move to the end when Daakara dies.

24 slots: Paquetage grumelot
Reward from quest Livraison garantie in Sommet de Kun-Lai.
Part of a questline that will take you about 15 mins.
According to Leobolin's advice: start by talking to Frère Bouloche and do his quest La piste de la Toile de jute : destination le relais de la Toile de jute
Then, do quests Frère Patte de Lapin, Le pillage des casse-dent and finally Livraison garantie

Lesser options:
