I find it funny that this is still dropped by mobs in the Hour of Twilight dungeons, specifically WoE.

I have one regular in my RP tavern that chain-drinks this stuff so I have to stock up a lot, which isn't easy with its low droprate. But I've farmed some mobs here and there trying to figure out what the best (least-bad) spot to farm this is, and I've concluded the best spot is on top of Obelisk of the Moon in Uldum, the Fantassin de Schnottz that are used for Le feu du ciel there travel in big groups and although their droprate isn't fantastic, the high density makes up for it! Naturally, you'll need a rogue to pickpocket them.
