Some newbies just buy this cause it looks cool, even though it's junk and is useless. But if you're a trash collector I suggest you sell this to a vendor...

One man's trash is another man's treasure. If you have the room and you know you're going to end up with a lot of these (ie. grinding rep for Argent Dawn), I'd go ahead and snag them up. I just walked away from a vendor with a few extra gold in my pocket. It's not much but it'll get me a soda.

Well this is weird cause i had to turn these in for the "Old Man Abernacky" quest in Elwynn Forest for the Alliance but there catagorized as junk and are grey titled.
