I made this comment just because I doubt anyone will see it. I find it odd that one mob in a very small area has two unique items to drop on it's loot table, when one is a gray that drops 80% of the time and the other (this item) is just another gray that drops the remainder of the time that vendors for 5s more. And to think they were designed just so you could loot (or not loot) some thematic grays that vendored for the appropriate amount.

Some dev had time to kill.

Actually, it's a fantastic item to use for a Scavenger Hunt.

It's Zone specific
Has a low, but not terribly low drop rate
You just know there's zero on the AH.
