I can help with one of the three keys.
Go to the Locked Chest at
/way #2395 38.91, 76.08 - Triple-Locked Chest
and click the torch to give you a 15 minute buff.
Then go to
/way #2395 38.47, 73.46 second key
If I recall, it looked like a purple key on the ground (similar to purple highlighted treasure chests). I gave up looking for the other 2 keys. The area the torches give the buff is quite large.

The second key has the tooltip:
"The Thalassian symbol for '2' is inscribed near the top."

To open the chest at /way 38.91, 76.10 you need three keys. To see the three keys you need to carry the torch that is hovering next to the wagon where the chest is.

The three keys are purple key looking keys.

All three keys are on the ground outside in grass, but in short grass, not tall grass. If you have an addon that shows the location on your minimap, zoom way in on the minimap. The locations for all three are:

First Key:/way 37.66, 74.80
Second Key: /way 38.46, 73.48
Third Key: /way 40.25 75.85

Weirdly, just carrying the torch wasn't enough. At each location, I also had to Thunder Clap to make them appear; the key would start crackling with lightning and appear out of nowhere. Maybe try using some kind of class ability around them, if you're at the hinted locations with the torch but don't see a key.

You HAVE to CLICK ON THE BLUE TORCH beside the chest first. then go to the 3 locations

If you don't use coordinates - make sure you've picked up the torch at the locked chest and then:

First Key - Follow the path directly in front of the wagon to the East. Follow it until the path starts to break up and there are two set of rocks, one on each side of the road. The key is in front of the rocks on the left.

Second Key - Follow the path back towards the village and to the first building on the left. The key is on the grass between the ramp and the doorway.

Third Key - Face away from the building, and head straight (north easterly direction), past the tree directly in front of you and head towards the Decrepit Ranger Construct. The key is on the grass near the two objects at the base of a tree.

The torch will make a sound and light up briefly when the key is nearby. Now you have all three keys, unlock the chest and enjoy your treasure!
