Are they bugged? Just completed a Patron order and received no reward for it, no payout bag, no extra knowledge but the order was completed and now i'm left with 9 orders and no reward for the one done.

Based on these results:

It seems to be random mats not necessarily connected to your profession.
Do the math on how much it's costing to make the craft (the addon Auctionator will show you an estimate on the craft window). Depending on your profession, it's currently mostly not worth it unless you want whatever comes with it (like acuity or a first craft). With the exception of the Null Stone (which was worth 4k but the item I crafted for it was worth 4k++) and the 6 x gold bismuth (6 x 250g), all the other things that can come out total around 50-200g in value in return for what is likely a 1k++ craft. Most egregious was the 3 x Kaheti Swarm Chitin, a reward of 3 x 1.5 gold total for a craft costing 1.2k.

I got:

1) 3 x Arathor's Spear at Quality Level 3. Quite nice - worth ca. 1000g at the time. (enchanting work order reward)

2) 3 x Burning Cinderbee Setae. Very bad, as basically worthless. (tailoring work order reward)

3) 3 x Blessing Blossom at Quality Level 1 & 6 x Mycobloom at Quality Level 2. Decent, with ca. 200g value at the time. (tailoring work order reward)

4) 6 x Bismuth Quality Level 2 & 5 x Gloom Chitin at Quality Level 3. Good, with ca. 450g value at the time. (tailoring work order reward)

This is a complete gamble. It could be garbage like Bottled Storm that you just vendor or mats you can sell for hundreds of gold.
