Just had this drop for me from the Cadeau volé (quest reward from the daily La méchanceté vous habite... )

seems to not be 100% drop though... as 2nd char I did the quest on did NOT receive the puntable... and the puntable unlocks are (currently) NOT account-wide unlocks either :(
(nor are these warbound, to send them to your main...)

Gives you an additional option when using Boîte de jouets à botter, beyond the default Assistant du Père Hiver.

Using this completes the Quest with ID 81616.

Just adding I have had NO luck getting this from Stolen Present from the Daily in Ironforge on my main but I just completed a couple of Missions in BFA on the ship and got Stolen Gift and it had Puntable Rotten Helper in it.
