Châssis de nécrotraqueur is on the ground near some lava in the Smoldering Copse.
Moissonneur flammelige is on the ground in the northern end of the Primalist Stronghold.
Bouclier de défenseur d’Amirdrassil is on a table near the gear upgraders in Central Encampment.

The Hidden Quest ID is 78418 so you can check to see if you've already looted it by running the following command.

Very funny Blizzard!
For a few seconds I tough I got a new mount or at least a starting quest item to get one.
The the reality shattered the dream... just reused graphic.
