These are found in the Shifting Sands location and not Valdrakkan also good to note that these are on a shared spawn so you may have to wait a bit for one to show up.

Fun fact if there is a world quest up in that area the time lost fragments wont be visible at all until you complete the WQ...stupid pain

they do Respawn, so you can loot all 3 in the same spot.

The Fragment perdu dans le tempss for Sorti des sables (started from Un indice : les Sables changeants) can be found inside the Fragment perdu dans le temps container, so check that page for locations.

Here are few thoughts and tips that may help someone:

1. First with all the trips along the whole achievement you should set your main Hearth to The Roasted Ram in Valdrakken. Between the use of your main Hearthstone and using the Dalaran Hearth (20 min CD), between the CD for both you should be good to port around.

2. If you are lazy like me, take the flight path to Shifting Sands Flight Point and go to /way 57.37 83.65 nearby. I found all Time-Lost Fragments in an area around the bridge there and it appears they do respawn after clicking them.

3. Once you have 3 Time-Lost Fragments, click the tablet in your bag and accept the quest to turn back in at The Roasted Ram in.

Somehow I had 4 of those in my inventory and after combining into the tablet and finishing the quest, one was left in my bags... I assume it is safe to delete..?
