When recrafting using Spark of Shadowflame + Crest from an existing item that has Spark of Ingenuity, there is currently a bug which prevents the crafter from seeing information such as the quality that can be guaranteed, and whether the crafter has enough skill from inspiration to proc the next higher quality.

Example: The customer sends a recrafting order which uses Enchanted Aspect’s Shadowflame Crest. The customer sets required quality to 5-star. The customer’s UI shows the item level will be 447. The crafter’s UI does not show the Crest. It shows the item level will be 424, and offers to craft at guaranteed 5-star quality. But the crafter cannot in fact guarantee item level 447, which the crafter cannot see. Pressing the Recraft button will attempt to craft, but the recraft will fail without an error. Materials are not removed, the craft simply fails.

If the customer resubmits the order and sets required quality to 4-star, the recraft will succeed and produce a 4-star result at item level 443. Adding crafter ingredients such as Illustrious Insight is probably effective at increasing the skill toward a 5-star item, but I have not confirmed.

The bug occurs when the existing item uses a Spark of Ingenuity, and the recraft is requested with Spark of Shadowflame + Crest. On subsequent recrafts, where the item already has the Spark of Shadowflame, the crafter UI appears to display as intended.

When the existing item already has a Spark of Shadowflame, there appears to be a separate, additional crafter UI bug. The Inspiration chance shows unreasonably low when initially viewing the order. Switching to a different crafting UI tab, and then back to the order, displays a (hopefully correct) higher Inspiration chance.
