Pour les autres lueurs, vous pouvez les looter dans les tempêtes primordiales correspondant à leur élément.

Glimmer of Frost gives Dragon Isles Enchanting Knowledge and can drop from Elemental Storms.

There seem to be four total:

Glimmer of Earth, Glimmer of Frost, Glimmer of Fire, and Glimmer of Air

They can be disenchanted to gain 3 Dragon Isles Enchanting Knowledge

At the time of this post I assume they are one-time drop, but it is possible that they are a weekly drop as well.

~~Somehow got two of these sent to the postmaster. I was able to DE one of them but now I'm stuck with a second one that wont let me DE it and wont even let me vendor or destroy it :(~~

Seems to be fixed as I was able to DE it finally.

These items are a one time drop for the enchanting profession.

Lueur d’air drops from mobs within Primalist Thunderstorms.
Lueur de terre drops from mobs within Primalist Sandstorms.
Lueur de givre drops from mobs within Primalist Snowstorms.
Lueur de feu drops from mobs within Primalist Firestorms.

These are a one time drop that can be disenchanted for 3 Dragon Isles Enchanting Knowledge.
