Just got a 359 mace when I already had a 359 one-hander. I feel like they could have told us that if you wait longer to open the box, the ilvl increases! I'm really sick of having to constantly watch out for stuff like this.

For those wondering, if you get one on your alt if you keep it in your inventory it wont scale depending on your level. Only if you wait to turn in the quest will it scale.

I saved one from level 63-70 just in case and it gave a 256 item and turned another once i hit 70 and I got a 353 dagger.

Is the gear piece, if it drops, usually about 13~19-ilevels-higher than World Quest rewards? My available WQs are listing 363-ilevel gear rewards and from 2 Trésors de Valdrakken I received a 376-ilevel belt and a 382-ilevel helm.

I Aider le concordat - This quest is weekly. You need collect 4000 repoutation. Reputation can be collect from WQ, simple Quests, Events on map which are giving reputatnion and ect.
Reward: Trésors de Valdrakken: 500 rep for all main fractions, 5 Chaos primordial épuisé, 150 Fournitures des îles aux Dragons and Arrangement céleste tambourinant 353ilvl.
After You done this quest In next Week You can get other simular quest. In total is 5 Weekly Quests but You will get only 1. Reward from all of them are same.

Weekly Quest List is on botom of comment.

Even if you don't have lvl 70 You will be able to pick them all.

Weekly Quest List - Every week You will get 1 of this Quests:

1. Aider le concordat - This Quest is first all the time due to Quest chain. But in late You will need to colllect only 3000 Reputation.

2. Aider le concordat : le donjon du Fléau-des-Dragons - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish Siège du donjon du Fléau-des-Dragons.
Siège du donjon du Fléau-des-Dragons is unlock at 5 renown with Concordat de Valdrakken, at 5 renown small dragon will appear next to you and will give you quest En route pour le donjon du Fléau-des-Dragons !.
Siège du donjon du Fléau-des-Dragons is start every 2 hours to join even You just need to fly /way 30.59 78.35, and just wait until event will start, when You finish this Even Objective for quest will be done as well You will get Coffre renforcé du donjon de Fléau-des-Dragons ( only from first one in week after next one You will get Coffre renforcé du donjon de Fléau-des-Dragons )

3. Aider le concordat : un festin pour toutes et tous - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish Festins tribaux ( but not even only task during event ).
Festins tribaux is unlock at 3 renown with Rohart iskaarien and is repeats many times a day. To take place in order Fly to /way 13.59 48.59, After start it You will get task to do, after 10 sec will ask You to get 3 Charanchois You can pick them up /way 12.98 48.81, behind Arv. When You get 3 go back to POT and use Extra spell bar to throw Charanchois, After You done this activity You should finis objective for Quest. You dont need to finish Event to get count objective for quest.

4. Aider le concordat : la chasse est ouverte - Will up date when i will have Quest.

5. Aider le concordat : l’appel des îles - Will up date when i will have Quest.

At 390 iLEVEL, two weeks in a row, i got a 382 item of gear, and have opened a GM ticket, of which the response was about RNG, not getting mounts pets or toys or WORLD BOSS loot to DROP, the ticket did not address my issue or tell me anything i can do for this to work propperly, while on my DK 70 alt, at 380 ilvl is gettin 392 from this loot box... anyone else having this loot iLVL isssue or poor level of ticket response, please comment below. thank YOU

The RNG on these things are absolutely terrible. I've lost count on the number of times it gives me the same gear it did last time or it gives me a lesser piece of gear for the one slot where I have a decent piece of gear. I've got several toons and this is so underwhelming...

This early in the game it should all be good stuff.

Not mentioned in loot table but You might get in Trésors de Valdrakken a Sacoche débordante de pièces that contains between 14k and 15k gold.

This no longer seems to scale with item level beyond 382. I have yet to recieve anything higher than that across 4 characters with 400+ ilvl in the last 4 weeks.
