Gives 932 agility when it procs. If you're dualwielding and both of your weapons have the enchant, then the effect will combine the two of the them into a singular buff effect.

So a rank 3 and rank 2 sophic devotion will become 1789 agility when it procs

Materials required are:
5 Éclat chatoyant (from dis-enchanting rare armour/weapons)
4 Cristal résonnant (d/e epics)
4 Ordre éveillé (40 Ordre agité from the AH or gatherers with the appropriate specialisation)
3 Orbe des Titans luminescent (3 to 4% drop rate from L70 elites around Tyrhold)

These will become cheaper over time, but first weeks there won't be many enchanters to disenchant epic drops for selling rather than levelling enchanting.

This is a Melee only enchant, I put it on my Resto druid and it wont proc off any healing or offensive spells, it will proc if I auto attack the training dummy with my staff giving 932 Int for 15 sec at the 3 star lvl of crafting.

Just a head up, you cannot apply this to your melee weapon if you're hunter but not in SV.
