This trinket is STRONG. I got one at ilvl 315 and it gives one or two random secondaries, changing every second. 1700 of a single stat was the highest i saw and 800ish is the lowest. Sometimes it gives two stats at 800ish. I can't remember what quest i got it from sadly.

rather unique trinket,
if ur here to see wether its good then Yes, its very good for what it is
unless you are playing outlaw rogue, windwalker monk or any other spec that avoids a certain stat (outwal avoids mastery, windwalker avoids haste)

It's too bad this is a leveling quest reward and its not possible to get a higher ilvl version. It would be fun to play with at high levels.
