Cryptogramme ancien déconcertant drops from kills of Fated Mythic raid bosses. When you collect 20 of them, you can create Impulsion de création sacrée, which upgrades a Fated raid item to Mythic level.

These items (along with the Dinar énigmatique du cartel system) are intended to allow you to get and upgrade items from the Fated raid loot tables even if you have bad luck on drops, since each raid is only up every third week.

Are these a 100% drop rate? I killed a mythic boss last week and i cannot find it anywhere in my bag, bank, or even on the item restoration, but i know I looted one. I am curious if it is 100% drop rate so that I can open a ticket. Well, i will open a ticket either way, but if it's 100% drop rate at least I know i didn't imagine it as i still have the raid lockout to prove i killed the boss.
