Can you do say a full LFR, then a full normal and get 10 on each difficulty ? or you get 10/week ? or however many bosses are in that fated raid.

Just so this information is on here this and the mythic one can be used on LFR items and turn them into hc/mythic fated items

Cryptogramme antique déconcertant drops from kills of Fated Heroic raid bosses. When you collect 20 of them, you can create Impulsion de création cosmique, which upgrades a Normal/LFR Fated raid item to Heroic level.
Cryptogramme ancien déconcertant drops from kills of Fated Mythic raid bosses. When you collect 20 of them, you can create Impulsion de création sacrée, which upgrades a Fated raid item to Mythic level.

These items (along with the Dinar énigmatique du cartel system) are intended to allow you to get and upgrade items from the Fated raid loot tables even if you have bad luck on drops, since each raid is only up every third week.
