J'ai récupéré la Technique : Marque du chiropteffroi royal sur une des vespéricoles hurlantes qui se trouve au pied du donjon de la domination (Revendreth) pas loin du fly du même nom. Il m'a fallu tuer un peu plus d'un cinquantaine de vespéricoles avant de loot la technique.
Un peu de patience et c'est gagné !

Compared to the runestag glyph recipe added in 9.1.5, this one has a very low drop rate at least 1/100 or worse

Farming in a 5-man for the past 3 hours. It's BoE, but...
Looks to be about 1/500 drop rate.
Hasn't dropped for any non-scribes.
Haven't gotten any duplicates.

Drops from Vespéricole hurlant and Vespéricole redoutable in Dominance Keep

It has a really low drop chance, be prepared to farm it for hours.

There are 6 clusters of bats that form a farming route their locations are:

Revendreth Dominance Keep Locations
/way 34.81, 13.46
/way 35.99, 27.74
/way 34.16, 29.44
/way 31.34, 28.52
/way 28.03, 29.35
/way 26.90, 25.49 (along the misty path back to the cave entrance)

The first location has the most bats and is worth making the trip all the way over there for (3 non-elite and 3 elite hanging from the ceiling). I'm not super geared and was able to continuously farm this route without having downtime. Each location has 3-6 bats. There are a lot of elite bats inbetween these locations, so if you are farming in a group its worth it to kill them otherwise you'll get ahead of the spawn timer for each location.

I used the FarmHUD addon to pull my mini map into the middle of my screen and the below macro so that I could very easily find the bats.

So after reading Wowhead comments I thought I'd bunker down. Farmed for about 1/2hr on my maxed scribe toons with no luck (making the assumption it'll only drop for a scribe). Was a bit slow going on elites as a frost mage. Thought I'd give it a go on my hunter with 2/100 skill. Very easy and fast killing even elites with a pet class. Dropped in about 30mins. Could then just mail the boe recipie to my main scribe /win.

At least 300+ kills and nothing, just wondering why blizzard thinks this is fun. I know they want to pace out content, but this is not content it is filler

Did anyone without Inscription manage to drop this? Been farming with my hunter for about an hour and nothing...Only good thing is that i have LW.

Does anyone know if we can get the drop on a low level character? My scribes are level 51 & 52 and so far I'm only getting grey item drops from killing the bats.

It is not a fast kill of course since the bats are all level 60, but I'm slowly making my way through them. Have died a few times as well.

Dropped for me after about 50-100 total kills of the Shrieking Evedweller and Dire Evedweller in Dominance Keep. Done over two farming sessions of twenty minutes each.

I got it after about 15 kills together, includes 5 elites or something - 10minutes. I was kinda worried after reading comments, but I got probably extremely lucky, when I see the drop chance. However, not too high pop server and already like 5 ppl can craft it also, so I think drop rate is higher then it shows on wowhead.

dont think the drop rate is as low as its made out to be, I was prepared to settle in for a long haul (I've been farming Lightbinders I have patience)
but I got it after 10 kills or so

During chapter 6 of the Chains of Domination campaign, The Unseen Guests, you enter a phased version of Dominance Keep where all the hostile Venthyr are yellow and wont attack you. It makes farming for this recipe a breeze. As a bonus you'll have Baroness Vashj and Kael'thas with you to help kill stuff.

Edit to confirm that it did indeed drop for me in the phased area after a couple hundred bat kills. Not a fast farm by any means so the extra help from the NPCs was quite helpful as they do decent damage.

I can confirm it can drop multiple times. I got it on my scribe, i mailed it to my bank alt, then after more farming it dropped again.

I am not sure if it can drop multiple times if you have it in your bags.
