Il y a une technique pour utiliser ce planeur, sauter dans le vide et cliquer dessus, vous serez alors amené par un Kyrian, et vous pourrez dès lors le diriger vers danse soleil. Soyez au plus près de la pierre de buff, car vous perdez énormément de vie jusque là bas.

Cet item sert à l'obtention de la monture Danse-Soleil qui se loot sur le rare du même nom Danse-Soleil.
Ce rare pop à proximité des coordonnées /way 60,0, 94,0. au bastion puis entame un trajet autour de la plateforme. Il faut monté dessus grâce à un Planeur marcheciel (craftable ou achetable via HDV), ca ne fonctionne avec aucuns autres planeurs et il me semble important de précisé que ce planeur disparait après utilisation.
Vous devrez absolument prendre le buff Bénédiction du chevauche-soleil au préalable sur le Monument ancien présent sur cette même plateforme sous peine de vous faire éjecté de son dos.
Si vous êtes celui qui le fait descendre vous êtes récompensé du haut-fait Coup de soleil. Il semblerait que le taux de loot pour la personne qui le fait descendre est de 100% et qu'il a une petite chance de tomber pour les autres personnes du groupe.

Pour info j'ai pu monter sur la monture grâce à Ailes kyrianes régurgitées

Mais aucune barre d'action possible autre que démonter....

Planeur marcheciel is a item used to Ride the rare Danse-Soleil.

Danse-Soleil is a rare located in Bastion.

Rewards: Danse-Soleil.

To ride Sundancer you need two buffs.
The first buff is Bénédiction du chevauche-soleil, just click on the statue to get this buff.

The second buff is from the item Planeur marcheciel, you probably can buy this item on Action House.
To craft this item you need Ascended Crafting.

Reagents: 8x Plumes élyséennes, 4x Fourrure de champion, 4x Os durci & 2x Acier forge-nuit.

/way 60,6, 93,2 Sundancer
/way 60,0, 94,0 Sunrider's Blessing Buff

Do not try to solo this - You will have to fight a 589k hp rare, that hits like a truck. :)

If this is incorrect, please clarify.

I read the Kyrian guide on the Path of Ascension. It's not clearly stated so I'm assuming (and I know what that means) that any one, even someone with no crafting professions, can partake in the trials and get this pattern. The pattern doesn't appear to be linked to any crafting professions like Engineering or Tailoring and strictly comes from the boss that's defeated.

Also, is this a one time use item? Or is it learned, like a toy and reusable?

At this time, there are no gliders on the AH. I really hope that someone on my server will do the grind to get this item crafted.

From my horrible experience i can say that when you use the skystrider glider, you have only one try to click/mount him; if you miss clicking /mounting him, the item will disappear and ... that is it...

For anyone else as dense as myself; once you use this, it's gone. So don't just randomly jump off thinking "I'll just do a trial run" :(

Thought i would post as the one above has some missleading info and missing some important info

This item is used to get the mount Sundancer.
to craft the item you need to be a Kyrian and upgrade path of ascention to tier 3
it costs: Elysian Feathers x6 Calloused bone x4 Champions pelt x4 and Nightforged steel x2

or you can buy it from the auctionhouse
atm these are selling for around 40k on my server
you can also do this as a group. only 1 needs to do the mounting part (altho only the one on the horse gets the achievement)
and the grouped memebers only have 10% chans on the dropp
you can only do 1 kill per day.

once you have the item head over to the bottom of bastion /way 60,6, 93,2
click the shrine to recieve the buff "sunriders blessing"

then walk over to the edge, mount up and when he passes jump and click the item, then click sunrider as you come close
once on him you need to spam the action button that pops up for around 10 seconds.
note that you take alot of damage while doing this so lower ilvl characters should not do this.

when that is done he will land and after a few seconds you can talk with him to challange him.
he has just about 600k hp and does a heavy amount of damage.
as a tank i could solo him but as a dps its not that easy.

bring him down to 10% hp and he will run back to the starting position.
once that is done you will be rewarded with either 35 anima or the Sundancer mount.

So if you are like me and wanted to save your guildies some time/effort, you CANNOT get him down and just wait, he despawns after about 5 minutes so you willl have to recapture him and get him to land.

Don't do what i did and pull him down and then try to get others to tag it after the fact, get a group together prior and then pull him.

Did this in party of three, I used the glider and challenged the Sundancer once he landed. Mount dropped for myself but not the other guys in party.
Unsure if I just lucked out or if there is an increased chance for the person that used glider.
Friend in group did do it again with war mode off on the same character and got no anima second time so I assume one chance per day, per toon.

This item is just designed terribly. You have only 1 shot per use, "shot" meaning before you hit the ground again. Unfortunately I clipped the ground right at the edge of the cliff and it caused the buff applied from this item to be removed. Very frustrating to spend 30k just to test it out myself since the vague description doesn't explain anything useful.

Just spent 15k to get the mount, challenged Sundancer and noone in my party even got it.

I will literally never fight this ^&*!@#$ again.

WARNING - Although Skystrider Glider says it has a cooldown on the item it WILL use the item completely once you use it. So if you fail to stick the landing, you'll need a grab another one!

When does skystrider glider get unlocked? it keeps being locked and says "defeat more bosses". i defeated all bosses on the first difficulty. is there a system as to what "enough" bosses is? is it just a number of bosses or do i need to defeat everything on 2nd difficulty?

This is NOT 100% drop as of May 22, 2021. I just got him to 10%, he emoted "Sundancer bows before you.", and he ran off and disappeared, leaving me with one Medallion of Service, and one Reflections on Purity (35 anima).

Annoying cooldown on the item, but when you have flying you can fly out over him, dismount, use item, and then mount him. It's a little easier than trying to gauge where you'll be when using the glider.

They added this to the region-wide auction house changes and now servers that would see it for 50,000 gold can get it for 35 gold! So super glad to be able to get them cheap finally! I wasted a bunch of gold the first time around when I tried on a day servers kept going down randomly and have been afraid to try it again, even for 5k. It probably doesn't feel like it's worth being able to make these at that low of a price, but there are so many of us grateful for the lower prices. I hope the people that can make them keep making them!

The feather works exactly like the goblin glider. Fly a few yards above Sundancer, spam click him and the soothe prompt after mounting.

Idk how many pets(and useful ones too)
Thousands of cosmetics
More gold sinks than we can keep count of

At 300g a pop and not a guaranteed(10%-ish) drop on a 1 time use flavor item in OLD content.. I'd rather farm TLPD again for years and still never get him.
