Similar to Reliquaire aqueux, You get maximum amount based on maximum difficulty you do.
The game will give you the extra amount if you happen to do normal first and then heroic; In which case you'll get 4x on your normal boss kill, and then an extra 3 on heroic kill of that boss.

Combining 15x Texte encodé de Ny’alotha will get you rank 1 of Formless void azerite essence.
30x for rank 2, and 60x for rank 3. ( more info on Le Vide informe )

These are on the raid finder loot table, but it did not drop for me. I did clear this boss on heroic this week, so maybe you can only get it once a week. Not sure.

1x drops on LFR, but you can't go above 7 per boss per week. If you do heroic nothing will drop on lower tiers, if you do normal and then heroic 4 will drop in normal and then an extra 3 in heroic.

Once you have the rank 3 essence, I think it's safe to delete the extras if you have any.

You need a total of 105 Texte encodé de Ny’alotha to get to rank3. You need to do LFR 27 times, Normal 7 times or Heroic 4 times.

One of our friends pointed out that the description for this item contains a typo. I guess it's been there the entire tier and it doesn't seem like anyone has noticed.
