Hello,

J'ai looté cet objet, sur le rare, Alga l'aveugle,
je l'ai rendu à cherche malheur-Yarga en /way 38, 59
grotte sous marine.
Il me l'a échangé contre un sac Tintinnabulant, dans lequel j'ai eu 75 or et 10 pièces d'argent :-)

Just looted one of these off the Nazjatar rare "Alga the Eyeless". I am unaware of to whom I need to bring it, but simply having it in my inventory periodically casts a number of nasty debuffs on me.

Here are some of the curses I've seen thus far:
Curse of the Tides: Pressure -- increases your chance to be hit by a critical strike by 20% per stack (appears to stack to 5, or 100% increased chance)
Curse of the Tides: Decay -- reduces your max health by 10% per stack (appears to stack to 9, or 90% reduced health)
Curse of the Tides: Dark Water -- spawns dark pools on the ground, that, when stood in, do around 7700 damage every 3 seconds. This can be avoided simply by being mounted. The pools only affect you while standing on them unmounted.

That appears to be it! Hope this helps someone out and we can quickly find out who wants this item!

EDIT: While they are called "curses", they are not actually the spell category of curses, ie cannot be dispelled. They're your typical, non-dispellable, red-border debuff.
EDIT 2: While tabbed out to add the first edit message, I accidentally left myself dismounted, and Dark Water pools killed me (only took 4 ticks at 90% reduced health). The debuff stacks you have upon death do go away instantly, but start over as soon as you return to your body.

You bring it to Gloomseeker Yarga.

The Hanging Reef 38, 59 under the water in a cave.

EDIT: Would like to add that you get the item, Jingling Sack. I had two items, traded both of them to Yarga, and only had one of Jingling Sack in my bags. So I highly suggest that you open the bag THEN hand in a second item. I received 900g. The second item will always be a mystery.

EDIT: The second hand-in reward was mailed to me, just can only have one in your bags at a time.

The cave with Gloomseeker Yarga in, is right at the last letter E in the word 'Mezzamere' on the map.

These things could be sometimes lucrative and sometime not. I got around 800g from the blind eye and only 200 from other items sold to same vendor

The cave is right next to the alliance and horde central hubs underneath a waterfall right next to the main road.

There is a turtle NPC in the cave that you have to click on and an option to turn the eye in is available.

Upon giving the eye, you get a sack, my sack contained 933 gold 27 silver and 11 copper.

38.74, 58.09 Just follow the road south of Mezzamere Alliance outpost, jump into the water, dive down to your right and you'll see the cave with gloomseeker-yarga in it. Turning the item gave me a jingling-sack that contained 353g 19s 55c

I absolutely LOVE the cinematic for the various curses. I kept the eye for two days just for the sploosh and wave. It never really affected the gaming.

Anyone knows if its eyes fall even if you killed him already or is it like rare drops- only once a day? for bag achievement.
Ive been camping it just in case every day for 6h or what just in case but not sure if it drops if you already kill it, as it does drop some trash ive wondered maybe im just unlucky.
