Rhum oublié is in Stormsong Valley Deadwash quest cave on Kul Tiras Isle at 49.07 57.22.
To get it you have to unlock the cave by doing Pierre, papier… explosif ! quest from Treasure in Deadwash quest chain for Chante, ô rage.

To get the required quest, talk to the gnome on the roof with the umbrella. She's hard to miss.

You will need to unlock a quest chain *on an Alliance character* to open the cave to the rum.

Start here:

/way Stormsong Valley 43.0 56.6 Leo Shealds

And you'll eventually get the quest from Moxie Lockspinner, who is listed as "worker" in Wowhead.

Horde can also skip the bother of getting into the cave and just buy it on the auction house.

It's not enough to trade this rum between party members - you apparently have to acquire this yourself ;_;

You can bypass the the quest requirement by just dying in front of the cave and res on the other side of the rocks. Then you can just loot the rum like normal.

I'm not sure what criteria I have completed, but as a Horde, I was able to purchase this for free from Linda Eau-Profonde in Anyport. She also sells a lot of other alcoholic beverages for the achievement Du vent dans les voiles
