Is it just me or this just takes away all the fun of PvP in the explorations ?

EDIT: after the first week this item was available, it appears to have been nerfed for when it is available in the future. I suspect it will no longer be able to one-shot the opposing team as it did last week. Too bad.

Personally, I love this thing simply because it reminds me of Wintergrasp back in WotLK.
It's damage is high, but despite it's appearance, it's a glass cannon.
As stated in the news post about this item, you'll want to have someone tanking the mobs for you.
While in the vehicle, you are unable to loot objects, or collect the floating orbs. Nothing, including the orbs, can heal the vehicle.
You can only have one of the items to summon the vehicle, but you can use it and still interact with the vendor to buy a second one. Also, assuming this item follows the same rules as the other dubloon items, if you still have one after the reset, it won't vanish and can still be used.
If by some accident you go into deeper water, the vehicle will drop to the bottom of the ocean, and if there is no path back up, you will either need to leave it, let something kill it, or drown.
Finally, I think the best thing about this thing is that the massive aoe can one-shot the enemy team(of NPCs) if they stay in range.
